This is a scenic property along the Olentangy River. The Romine House offers a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a large living space with a quaint theme. Terradise is a property rich with natural resources and Ohio's heritage. The village of Caledonia as well as the City of Marion, are just a short drive away and offer an array of comforts for your stay. Terradise is great for a quiet getaway.

Nestled on over 4 acres, this 1890 charming farmhouse has all the modern day necessities. Just north of Sunbury, this farm is only 2.5 miles off 71. Close to Cardinal Shooting Range! 20 minutes to Polaris. Enjoy the woods. 4 spacious bedrooms & 2 full baths. With 6 beds and 2 couches, it can sleep up to 10 people. Entire house has been remodeled! Come enjoy the beautiful equestrian countryside.

Charming Red Barn Loft With Beautiful Country View

The Barn Loft is a private getaway in the country that fits up to six people. The original working Farm used horses that plowed the field and had numerous farm animals. We tried to replicate the original barn to reflect the history of the farm. My husband James and I (Annamarie) created the Red Barn Loft for guests to relax and enjoy a small slice of the peaceful countryside.
