We’ve been to Arizona a lot but this stay set the bar really high. Doug and Karen’s home was just that - a place we could call home for our long vacation. They genuinely cared about our family and experience. Best in class on many fronts. Pride in ownership is definitely at the top of their list and they’re at the top of their game. There was plenty of room and the home wasn’t just show ready - it was photo ready. We are grateful for their hospitality and attention to detail. We can’t wait to return to Cave Creek.

We planned a family vacation over spring break 2025 and wanted to just relax and enjoy our time together. We picked this house for the backyard and it was everything we had hoped for. We had a group of 9 with young kids ages 2-10 and our parents and the whole group enjoyed their stay. We spent all day outback swimming, on the greens and enjoying games provided with the house. Tiffany was a great host answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be back to the area in the future.

Can't express enough appreciation to Manny and how he treated our group for our stay. Truly a perfect place for us and our dog family and was the kindest host I've ever had on AirBnB. Beautiful location away from the city craziness but close enough to everything we needed that we never had to venture far for good food or drink.

Beautiful setting to just get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Home was very accommodating and included all the necessities to keep our stay comfortable. Just the perfect place to unplug and reset. Kellie was very responsive to ANY need that came about.

We just stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, the house is just as the pictures describe. House has a nice secluded pool and is situated on a quiet street with close proximity to many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed enteraining family that lives in the area and would stay again. I highly recommend. Curtis response time was amazing as well.

First time in Arizona so didn’t really know what to expect. This house delivered everything we needed and more. It was the perfect setting to completely make us feel like we are in Arizona. The architecture, the views, all the variety of 🌵🌵🌵, waking up to birds chirping in your backyard, occasional bunny visits, it was just spectacular. I never thought I would like the desert setting this much but I fell in love with it right upon arrival. We will definitely return!

We didn’t want to leave! Gorgeous property and amazing hosts. The house has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom so great for a couples getaway. Will absolutely be back.

Our stay at Janet’s place was the perfect location. The directions were easy to understand. I wasn’t sure what a split rail fence was but I figured it out easily. The house was spotless with a beautiful granite countertop in the breakfast room. The house felt like alone right when we walked in! The beds were super comfy and the rooms were very dark! I sleep so much better in a dark room. I slept so well both nights. Was it the bed that helped me sleep better or was it that we did so much in a couple days! I could have stayed a week or a month without being able to see and do everything we wanted to do! Guess we should plan another trip to Phoenix and if so, I hope to stay here at Janet’s. Thank you, Janet so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful location. Thank you for sharing it with us. And thank you, too for being so helpful and accommodating by answering my questions. They were all much appreciated. I wish you well and I will reach out again when we come back!!

Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

I would stay here again, great location. Quiet and spacious and clean. Crody is very responsive and flexible.

Very restful, well set up, and comfortable stay during our trip to Phoenix. We loved how convenient it was for spending time at the pool, walking to pick up groceries, and walking along the greenway watching all the birds. Definitely recommend taking a stroll over the bridge for tacos at Okay Maguey's (so good we went 3x), checking out the Desert Botanical Gardens, and going to the Musical Instrument Museum. My favorite was lounging by the pool beside the blooming jasmine and hibiscus flowers under the clear blue sky! Anni was super friendly and helpful. Perfect little getaway spot for two :)

Place was just as the photos! Such a perfect place to kick back and relax! Didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice!

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

Excellent place to stay, the host thought of everything you might need and had it already provided.

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and cozy inside. The highlight of our stay was definitely swimming in the pool and the patio area. All in all, our stay felt relaxing and private. Would recommend Edith’s place!

Tiko’s place was awesome. It was just as the pictures and description. Tiko communicated effortlessly and answered all questions timely. The location is safe and very nice and seems to be an up and coming area. There’s a nearby hospital and plenty of shopping/restaurants within a short drive. Parking was a bit tricky. There is an assigned space but with a full-size suv, it was tight. I’d recommend full-size car to midsize suv but nothing larger. Also, the place took a while to cool down after arriving. I believe the thermostat was to be set to 77 but idk if the A/C was on when we arrived. I didn’t check but I can say it was very warm. 😊 it is Phoenix! Lol Nothing major, but it was definitely worth the stay once the place cooled down. The ceiling fans helped a lot. Oh, the gym is incredible! Overall, I highly recommend if you’re wanting modern, clean, close to shopping, and relaxing. It was also a great location for our day trips to Sedona and Tucson. Both were about an 2 hour drive.

Had a wonderful stay here. Area was beautiful and there were lots of places to walk to. Even better at night! Only downside is there are no cameras in the parking garage and we had some things stolen from our car the first night. Still had an amazing time and would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay it was spur of the moment they corresponded with us well, the place was clean had everything we needed They went above and beyond even for the little things that they think people might want. Would stay again. :)

Wonderful unit to stay in, great location close to shopping center and restaurants. Denise and William were extremely communicative and pleasant to deal with, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Beautiful clean place. Very responsive host. Great directions prior to arriving. We will stay here whenever we are town. Highly recommend.
