Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Spacious Sonoran Studio Apartment

This Studio Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in East Mesa next to Taft Elementary School. The home recently had many upgrades. It is welcoming, a "Home away from Home". You will be right around the corner from Usery Park for hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. Saguaro and Canyon lakes are 25 min from the home for great boating or fishing. The Salt River is a 15 min for some beautiful scenery and wild life including the Salt River Horses. You will enjoy quick and easy access to the 202.

The casita was just finished being completely renovated with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, bathroom, brand new BEDAGA king-size mattress, furnishings, whisper-quiet air conditioner, LED lighting, smooth stucco, and brand new fixtures (updated in January 2021). In addition, the casita has its own washer/dryer for your use only so you can travel light. CableTV, lightning fast WiFi, Amazon FireStick with Netflix are all provided at no extra charge.

Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

Beautiful private self contained suite with a large heated pool and hot tub. Very private and far away from other living areas. Great fast internet, AC is new and works great (important in Arizona) and the bathroom shower is amazing. Lots of beautiful sitting spaces, sun or shade, relax at the pool or just hang out and read on the large hammocks.
