Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. Carla is an excellent person with a soul. We felt at home in her place. She will lovingly take care of her grandparents and welcome them with homemade products. This rental is in an amazing location. The views were absolutely beautiful. The place featured all of the amenities that were listed. The property care taker is amazing and very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. After going to different places, coming to this home was very nice to be able to have a full kitchen and make food for the family. I cannot speak nice enough about this rental. By far my favorite.

Much better than being at home. Ada and Gilberto are wonderful people, they live next to the Casetta and are hyper available and very kind but not intrusive. They have two beautiful cockers like ours. The cottage is simply a dream, on three floors, perfectly renovated and beautiful Nestled in the greenery at the foot of a hill, it is very quiet. You can also eat outside under the pergola and sunbathe in the garden, in total privacy You can park your car next to the house and unload your luggage 3 meters away There is everything in the surroundings, from restaurants to bars, supermarkets and even the decathlon as well as other shops There is also a bike path near the house Exceptional value We'll definitely be back!!

The owner is very helpful, he told us that we had the opportunity to also use the area that would be used as a B&B, he provided us with some food that we had not brought from home (sugar, coffee, oil), and gave us ideas on where to go for a walk in nature.
