The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

The Cavalier House is located opposite the Stables and has a large garden with pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering.
