We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Ihr könnt direkt am Haus kostenlos parken. Den Edeka erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Vom Hauptbahnhof fahrt ihr mit der Tram in nur 7 Minuten zu meiner Haltestelle.

Sommerhaus

The summer house is located on the property of our Old Büdnerei and has a beautiful view of the fields and the wonderful nature. On one side, the insulated wooden house is equipped with a seating area where you can sit wonderfully. The one-room house has insulated French doors on all sides and so lets light in all day. It is simply in the furnishings with a sofa bed in the large room and an open kitchen with counter. A shower room complements the living room.

Urlaub machen inmitten der historischen Altstadt. Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

Welcome to our farm in Jürgenshagen. In the middle of our village you can enjoy the rural atmosphere. Our small and newly renovated apartment in the attic can be reached via a shared staircase. The apartment has a hallway, a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with large double bed, sofa and TV. In our beautiful garden, you are welcome to choose a place to linger.
