We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Sage Cottage: Cozy & Serene/ Sleeps 6 / Huge Yard!

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. Caverns vacation! sleeps4 pet friendly!

My favorite thing about this home is the patio aera it's very private and beautiful place to unwind after a long day! Check out the Blue binder for rules points of interest! Also local food suggestions! this home is by a busy road. the traffic is extremely light at night. if you do need silence to go to sleep I may not recommend this place. although I don't think most ppl would have any issues sleeping here. we put alot of love and care we want everyone to enjoy there time in Carlsbad!
