Holiday rentals with breakfast in Carlsbad Village

Stayed here for a project within the city; we didn’t venture out much, but all of the desired amenities are within this home! The house was clean and tastefully decorated, and beds were comfy. The host was extremely responsive; we appreciate the great communication. This would be an excellent home to book for a family vacation. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay and phenomenal location near Pacific Beach! Volans Realty were amazing hosts and always extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. I would highly recommend this for any group looking to stay in San Diego.

What a great stay for our group of 7! The property had everything we needed and more. The complimentary bottle of wine and snacks were a thoughtful touch (thank you!). We loved the back patio; so relaxing after a long day. We came for a wine tasting weekend in Temecula. The drive was about 30 mins from the property to Somerset winery. Ubers took about 15 mins to pick us up (there weren’t any drivers readily available in Fallbrook) so just plan ahead if you are ridesharing. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend to others!

Jodi and Shane were great host’s. No stone unturned at this property, everything you need is there. Great location, stunning views and the property was everything we hoped for. Will be back again!

What a fantastic place to have Mother’s Day weekend, everything we hoped for. The property was really spacious, beds were very comfy with really nice linens. The fact that everything “fun” was within walking distance was a huge plus. The top deck views were awesome, Made for some great family photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the warming drawer was a HUGE bonus as well as the 6 burner stove. Definitely going to rent again!

10 and her partner were great at hosting us while we stayed in Carlsbad we enjoyed the view the walk to the beach the game room they went above and beyond by getting my child some snacks and a pizza so it would be there when we arrived this was amazing which was amazing when traveling with kids will be back to stay

We had a great stay here with our kids for spring break. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and everything was spotlessly clean. Location was super convenient and very close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Our kids loved the foosball and ping pong table! Cristina was a great host, communications were quick and very clear. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was big, beautiful, and very cozy. It was well-stocked with plenty of towels and a range of useful items that made our trip extra comfortable. Although we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to heat the pool/spa, Malcolm was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I'm already hoping to book again in the future!

Todd is a class act host and the grounds feel like paradise. Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful retreat with gorgeous panoramic views, hot tub, 5 star service, and a state of the art fully-equipped kitchen. Todd gave me a tour of the entire 5 acre property and all its gorgeous gardens and views. Looking forward to staying again!

We stayed a week at Farha's place. Farha and her family are SIX-star hosts. If you enjoy conversation and getting to know your host, you'll find the most loving people to spend time with. If you prefer your privacy, your space will be respected. Daily, you will have a self-serve continental breakfast and have plenty of coffee and tea available all day. We had full access to the kitchen, cookware to prepare meals and space in the refrigerator. Walks in the neighborhood were enjoyable, and everything you need is within a short 5-minute drive. This was our most memorable stay with AirBNB, and the bonus is we have made lifelong friends. I highly recommend staying with Farha.

Kim and her husband have a wonderful bed and breakfast. We were in the area for a wedding at Grand Traditions, and wished our stay could have been longer. Kim was hospitable and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends and family

Loved everything about my stay there. Room was spacious with a loft, which my son enjoyed. Marty even left some epson salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. Marty was very responsive, friendly, kind, and most helpful. She offered to make us pancakes on our last day but too bad my son doesn’t care for pancakes 😅. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Marty is a wonderful host. She is so knowledgable engaging and proactive at communication. Shes the most down to earth and experienced airbnb host we’ve stayed with. Also the pin your place on the map was a very fun activity. You will love your stay here.

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

Delene and her husband were very friendly and very helpful and very responsive to all of our needs. Even though the bathroom was not an ensuite, the privacy curtain made it feel like it was. There were snacks and drinks in our room, and she provided items for a continental breakfast the first two mornings. I was nervous about a queen sized bed, but it was very comfortable and we slept well on it.

The hosts are very friendly and respond to inquires very quickly. Lovely place 😊
