Guesthouse holiday rentals in Carlsbad Village

We had such a lovely stay at Dons! I decided to have a little staycation from San Diego after graduating and his cottage was such a perfect spot for that. The hot tub was an amazing touch for relaxing! The backyard is kid friendly, my 6 year old loved to “explore”. There is a nice fireplace that we didn’t get to use unfortunately. Don was very kind and had great communication. We didn’t see him the whole time, until the end of the trip when my husband was putting the cover back on the hot tub! He came out and gave him a hand. Thank you Don for offering your home to us!

Amazing hosts and a perfect location in Encinitas! It’s easy to walk into town and the beach. Comfortable bed and a great backyard.

This was such a beautiful guest house in a nice, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. Everything was really clean and the amenities were amazing! Communication was great and the hosts Zach and Eva were so polite and very friendly with quick response times. There’s a fun Las Vegas theme outdoor area near the pool and their garden is gorgeous. There are stairs in the house that are steep so they might be a little bit difficult for someone with a physical disability or the elderly but this is listed in the description. Overall, I highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay near San Diego!

Sue’s guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to the San Diego area. The house is very clean. The house provides privacy and Sue is very responsive should you have any questions.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The 2-bedroom place was sparkling clean and so cozy - perfect for our family. Even though the weather wasn't great, the views were still lovely, and our little one was thrilled to spot some small animals around the property. The fresh oranges from the tree were a delicious treat, and the tiny swings inside were a big hit! The clean bathroom was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this spot for families.

Loved Hugh's place! It was very clean, quiet, and had everything I needed being away from home! Loved the full kitchen, and the beautiful lemon and apple trees out the window, along with Olive's little home (olive the tortoise). Great stay for a great price, would highly recommend. I'm picky too, I don't just throw up raving reviews for no reason. This really exceeded expectations.

We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Carolina's property. The property looks exactly like the pictures (really cute and bright) and any amenity that you might need was provided. Carolina is quick to communicate and very helpful. We will definitely return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stephanie's place! The space was spotless and made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic and the check-in process was incredibly easy. Stephanie was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to any questions. I especially loved the rain shower! I really enjoyed staying here. It's on a canyon, which provided a great view and a nice breeze and was very quiet. We had our little dog with us and he loved being able to explore the yard. It's a great location in La Jolla / North PB. It's at the top of my list for my next trip to San Diego.

Joseph is a helpful and very interesting guy. He offered a great perspective on the San Diego area. His place is comfortable and clean. It might benefit from a woman's touch re a few amenities. Highly recommended .

Lovely place in the hills, loved the amenities. Pool and playground for our little one. Kris and his daughters were so wonderful. We really enjoyed our time there. Perfect house for a week of relaxation and exploring the area.

Have stayed at this location in the past due to its proximity to our sons place. It has quick access to restaurants, grocery stores and shops and Costco is 7-8 minutes away. Great place to fill up the rental car and jump on I-5 and head to the airport.

Daniella was extremely kind in allowing me and my bridal party to use her space to get ready for my wedding, and she was very helpful and flexible with us throughout the stay. The place was also spotless and cozy, and we are very grateful to have been able to stay here. Thank you!

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay at Kylee's North Rockaway unit. The location was tough to beat being so close to the beach with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The space is relatively small, but it had everything we needed for a nice getaway to Mission Beach. We found the shared garage space was tight (we had a standard sedan) but it was sure better than trying to find public parking. The available beach gear was an added bonus. I would recommend this unit 10/10!

Would 100% stay here again- very lovely host and location. Met every need and was so comfortable. My family and I appreciate the attention to the details and thought the place was so intentionally created and curated. Really appreciate you letting us stay!
