Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carnon Downs

Lovely place, just as described and per the photos. 15 min walk from Penmere railway station, and about 30 min walk into town, we managed to work out the buses to come back :-) Gareth was very helpful and communicative.

we had a perfect week at Penlerick a beautiful cottage by the sea. it felt like being at home, and we loved this place. perfect setting above the beach, amazing views, sound of the waves was lovely. very comfy bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely decor throughout. we will be back x

Awesome location with fantastic views over the marina and river. Clean modern apartment with bifold doors creating a superb outside inside living space. We had a superb week.

A truly perfect stay – peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of holistic vibes with the sauna and cold shower + hot tub. Exceeded all expectations. Noiseless, calming, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

This was a last-minute break, and worked so well for us. Beautiful location- it was lovely to drink coffee in the morning outside, overlooking the sea. Such a peaceful place, and close to lots of lovely places to visit. Charlotte's information was really comprehensive- lots of recommendations for food etc.

A perfect and pretty seaside cottage located in a superb position to enjoy beautiful St Mawes. Tucked up a side street it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea front. We loved the large private decking for sunbathing and how light, bright and airy the cottage was. It felt spacious, quiet and we were able to park so close to the front door the car boot was just 2ft away making everything so easy. We had the best time at Fisherman’s Cottage and will definitely be staying again.

Such an incredible place to stay and Robert and Judy are the friendliest hosts I have ever known, always available to contact, easy to talk to and incredibly friendly. Made my time and the film crews time a wonderful one. Highly recommended!

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

Ideal spot to explore Falmouth. Free off road parking was a big benefit. Flat was perfect size for a couple, nothing negative to raise.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely amazing. The view is every bit as good as the pictures. We were there in June and the sun didn’t set until 9.30pm, drinks on the patio were a nightly thing while we watched the tide come in as the sun went down. The apartment is pretty much at the top of a reasonably steep hill, but even with my knee problems I managed to go up 2 or 3 times a day. As you walk up the hill past the Seiners Arms (great pub, good food with beautiful patio). you can see Perranporth Beach in its entirety. Absolutely stunning. The town has everything you need like a Co-Op, Launderette, pubs, restaurant, beach / surf wear shops. Things do shut down earlier than we expected (around 9pm) but it was June so not peak season yet. The apartment is spacious, you come in through the back door into a large kitchen with all the appliances etc that you’d need. 2 bedrooms, a large lounge with TV. I thoroughly recommend this place. Hannah was an exceptional host too.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

We had a great long weekend in this charming cottage literally 2 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The cottage oozes history and we found this very charming. The hosts were fantastic with quick responses to questions, let us check in early and very helpful with advice and recommendations. It was the great base for us to have a food and drink weekend in Falmouth. Just what we needed! 2 things for people to consider….if you’re over 6ft then you’ll be walking around with a cricked neck as the ceilings are low but again, we found this part of the cottages character. Also, there isn’t a tv…but this was actually a god send as we sat and chatted instead of doom scrolling on mobiles or iPads or watching rubbish on the telly. Other than that, the place was perfect for us. Well appointed, nice bed linen, hot powerful shower, charming little seating area at the patio door and a parking space to boot! Absolutely loved it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If anyone wants to know how to run an Airbnb this is a perfect example. The apartment is set in a peaceful position, overlooking open fields. We explored many of Cornwall’s attractions and coastal resorts during our stay (by car). Paul and his wife were wonderful hosts.

We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. Second time visiting and it was just as good as the first time , we stayed for 10 nights and already want to go back . If peace and tranquility is what your looking for then this is the perfect place , great location with so many amazing destinations within 20 minutes away ( north and south coast ) . We have just come back from 4 nights in Porthtowan, what a fantastic apartment to base ourselves in! Walkable to the beach and perfect location for visiting Falmouth & St Ives! Comfortable bed and all facilities were clean & useable. We can’t wait to come back again next summer 😊 Thank you Dominique & Andrew x
