Everything was perfect. Being there for a trade show, I didn't take advantage of the environment (restaurants, shopping...) so I can't comment on that. But I would really recommend this rental, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was impeccable

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best - after the promenade you are standing directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that they work with attention to detail. The personal greeting by our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation, proximity to the sea, and personal service!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

We had a great time in Palavas! The welcome was very warm, our host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The accommodation is exactly as described: clean, well-equipped, nothing is missing. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real plus, it is the ideal location to fully enjoy the sea and the surroundings. Thank you again for this warm welcome. Lovely family stay- great location- kind host!

Very good stay with Bruno and Mathieu! The apartment was very clean upon arrival, the hosts are responsive and accommodating. The balcony is a real plus for this charming studio, allowing you to have breakfast outside as well as enjoying an aperitif overlooking the sunset 👌🏼 I recommend it!

The apartment is very well-equipped, spacious and with a great sea view. Easily accessible, parking space is a big plus! I would highly recommend it.

excellent weekend of the ascension with the family (3 generations). spacious apartment, comfortable bedding+++, kitchen+++, even furniture for baby (folding bed and top high chair) spacious bathroom as well as the shower... everything was perfect. we enjoyed the proximity of shops and restaurants, as well as the beach... the least the parking space a little far but the car is parked...

The apartment is super nice, very lovingly furnished and very well equipped with everything you need. You feel right at home. The beach is only a minute away and you can walk to some restaurants within 20-25 minutes. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

Very good location. Raphael is very accommodating and available More than perfect equipment available (paddleboard, 3 electric bikes, etc.). The third place to sleep is cramped because it is above the stairs but it suited us well. Our stay is memorable and to be repeated

Amazing view of the marina and the sea, walking distance from the beach (100 meters), the area is safe, family friendly, convenient parking at the back of the building... the hosts were very responsive and very friendly, I only have positive things to say about it!
