The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. The house are beautiful. Everything is on one level. Especially cool is the large open and modern kitchen, with the living room. Really great also the porch with the pool. It really is a super nice dream house. We enjoyed our holiday very much!

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.

Accommodation is even better than in the photos! Beautiful ceiling height in the living room, the beds are comfortable (even the bunk beds). The pool is great and the garden furniture is very nice. There were 9 of us and we had a great stay. Only small downside: the fridge had been lowered by the previous guests which made us lose our small ice cream in the freezer😢!

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Bénédicte contacted us well in advance to ask what we needed (bed, children's chair, etc.). She was always reachable and I could count on her! Bénédicte also sent videos to explain how to use appliances. The welcome was warm: visit the house, welcome basket was waiting for us and we had ideas for excursions. The villa matches the photos. Our kids loved the pool and the games room! The airco in the rooms was perfect for spending the night cool.

Romain's accommodation is a haven of peace located in the beautiful Montpellier hinterland. Close to the city and medieval villages, hills, the beach or wilder swimming spots, it's the perfect place to please everyone. As far as the welcome is concerned, I did not have the chance to meet Romain, but he was extremely available by phone to make our stay easier from every point of view. I thank him warmly.

We had a wonderful stay at Maryam's. The house was in pristine condition and as described. The house is spacious and functional. The garden area with pool is large and we could make the most of it. Toys (in large numbers) are available which will make the bohur of the little ones. We warmly thank Maryam for her kindness and availability. A place we highly recommend to the family.

We had an excellent family stay to discover the city of Montpellier. The villa was very comfortable, clean and pleasant. There is everything you need to feel at home. The swimming pool without a view was the big must.

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

Very good interaction with the owners. Friendly and relaxing hospitality. The rental is very well thought out. The setting is peaceful. Everything is perfect. The petanque court is a well-equipped place. The children really liked the little turtles. I highly recommend this easy-to-use accommodation. Several places to share meals. A 2.65m high motorhome passes just under the carport. And what about the pool. Relaxing place. The lights are solar so autonomous. Bike rides are to be considered because the village is on a small winding road in the woods. Congratulations to the owners for creating a great friendly B&B.

What a wonderful week we just had! Not only was the sun out, but we were lucky enough to stay in a truly exceptional home. Everything comes together for a memorable stay: the pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, the rest area offers a peaceful setting to unwind, and the petanque court adds a playful touch for fun. The location of the house is also a major asset. The proximity to the city center allows you to do anything on foot, which is really nice. Once the car is parked, no need to move it! The house itself is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The rooms, all air-conditioned, are a real treat after a day in the sun, offering optimal comfort for restful nights. In summary, this stay was a real delight. We leave with memories in our heads and the desire to come back very soon!

There are no words to describe how good Céline and Mickaël are as hosts! From the moment we were thinking about booking their villa, they were immediately responsive and willing to bend over backwards to make our stay as nice as possible. Extra requests were easily met (including hiring a private chef for a night, cleaning services throughout). When we failed to bring enough insect repellent, Céline was kind enough to run out and get us some! They were completely responsive throughout and made sure our stay was as nice as possible. The house was utterly spotless when we walked in (and cleaning was performed to this standard). A very helpful document is provided with things to do in the area, even without a car. A lot of places are readily accessible by public transport, but Ubers are also relatively inexpensive into Montpellier itself. 10/10 stay - if I could rate it more than 5* I would! Thank you so much!
