Very well located just minutes to the airport, beaches, Isla Verde Hotels, Restaurants, Hacienda Campo Rico, Condado, and Old San Juan. Very near to Plaza Carolina Mall, Caribbean Cinemas, local supermarkets, Carolina Bowling, etc.

Additional, you will have all accommodations you have at home in a safe neighborhood. We just add a wide solar power system with 3 Tesla batteries as back up for your convenience. We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Located ten minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International airport, it is walking distance from beaches in Ocean Park and Condado, supermarkets, museums, bars, restaurants and plazas. It is a separate apartment of an antique house in a valuable historical zone. Most importantly is to enjoy your stay with utmost respect for the neighbors. No parties or loud music are allowed.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

The room has its own entrance, and a private bathroom inside the room, fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay the best.
