This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was cute and cozy. And most importantly, super clean and in a great spot—close to everything. The fruit trees were a nice bonus! The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The hot water was hot as well which can be a luxury in PR. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the hammock chair. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay again!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Great place to stay. Amber was super. Allowed us to check in early and was very helpful with questions we had. Great location. The place had everything we needed. I really appreciated the snorkel gear and outdoor shower. Highly recommended.

The studio is very comfortable, spacious and with all amenities, you just need to walk in... It has an excellent open spacious and private terrace to enjoy the view, take a sun bath or just relax... It is amazing and worth to come back !!!

Came with my partner and my mom. Mom was a bit scared because of the hills but I would definitely come back with my partner or friends. Extremely peaceful, private, and cozy. We enjoyed both the hot tub and pool as well as the patio. Having the Coquí at outside our window the moment we got there was a huge plus. Definitely enjoyed the sounds of nature mixed with the barrio. 10/10, would recommend to my friends and family. A must stay.

Staying at this Airbnb was truly a magical experience. The fact that it’s located within a historic district added an extra layer of charm and beauty to our stay, we genuinely felt like we were part of something special, and thats also because I love architecture. The property itself is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly in order, spotless, and arranged with such care and attention to detail that it immediately made us feel at home. From the clear and thoughtful instructions provided from start to finish, to the small touches like snacks and water upon arrival, and all considerations Jaime had with us; every detail elevated the experience. It’s rare to find a place where every element feels so intentional and warm. I fully recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a first-class experience in Fajardo.

We enjoyed our stay, the AirB&B was cozy with plenty of room for 2. Bed was comfortable, great WiFi, great water pressure, we loved sitting on the rear balcony at the end of the day listen to the birds & enjoying the valley & mountain views.

Very lovely suite. It feels very authentic. Close to old San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket right across the street. I can only recommend booking with Judith, who has been a wonderful host.

Carlo had extremely detailed instructions for us and was very communicative, went out of his way to be accommodating and ensure we had a good experience, providing a lot of recommendations for dining and things to do. The place was beautiful and peaceful, loved the sound of the constant waves and the beautiful scenery!

Jose and Omayra were spectacular hosts. From the communication before arrival to greeting us as we arrived, we could not have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—from the cozy bed and cold A/C to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, with lush greenery and a shaded sitting area we loved relaxing in. Our host went above and beyond—providing beach chairs, towels, coolers, coffee, and even homemade treats. Her communication was fast, kind, and helpful, and she offered assistance with things like airport transportation, which was so appreciated. If you're considering staying here—do it! We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

We felt right at home in this space. If we come to town again we surely checking on your space first. Just the right amount of commute to everything we planned to do. Amenities provided was great too from kitchen stuff to beach going stuff. Appreciate your last minute flexibility with checkout time as well.

Karin was an amazing host! She is extremely responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly. She was available at all times to help us, even add odd hours of the night. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Everything was clean and stocked. It was an amazing place to return to after exploring the island. It like a home away from home. I will definitely be booking from Karin again for our next trip to Puerto Rico.

I have been using Airbnb for 10 years now. This is my favorite one! Aida and her husband felt like my Aunt and Uncle! I’m a single female and felt completely safe and at home the entire time. I had trouble with my rental car and my “Uncle” took care of it! There’s a mango tree on the property, so we had fresh ones the entire trip! Delicious! This trip was a graduation gift for my daughter. When we arrived, my “Aunt” had a surprise waiting on the bed! So thoughtful! If you want to escape the busy city life, this is it! The sounds and smells of the country paradise awaits!

The view is amazing, clean, comfortable bed. Including all that need!!!
