This place was absolutely beautiful! From the house to the land! The host was super nice and quick to respond to any questions. The restaurant suggestions she gave was amazing. Just an overall great experience! Will definitely stay again when the time comes!

We had a wonderful stay at the Civil War house! The property is beautiful, with stunning historical charm and well-maintained grounds. Jennifer was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Our stay was pleasant and memorable!

We had a lovely stay! The home is in a beautifully updated old house that still maintains its historic charm. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully cared for. It was peaceful and quiet, with pretty, farm-like views out the windows—great for relaxing. I also appreciated that it was just a quick 10-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and even a 24-hour gym. One big plus for me: there were plenty of towels and pillows, which I always find makes a huge difference in comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

The Cozy Cottage was fantastic! Rose was an excellent host and made sure all things that were necessary to make our stay great for our family vacation were there. Hot tub was a plus and the backyard for our pup was perfect! Very quiet and very private location. We felt right at home! Hope to come again! Thank you Rose!

I booked the Post Office cabin for a quick getaway from the city. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. My favorite part was reading a book on the porch in the rocking chair with my dog relaxing too!!

This was a great place in a great location. It met our needs very well and was conveniently located to grocery stores and fun attractions.

We only had one night as we were on a road trip with young kids (8 & 6). They LOVED the place and the pool. In the evening we had some magical appearance of fireflies (June trip). The camper van was cute and had all the facilities that one would need. The only downside for us was that the cleaners had not emptied the grey and black water tanks which meant we had the toilet block in the evening and the shower not drain in the morning. Colby did come out and fix this though and was very friendly. Overall we would still highly recommend the space, especially with kids.

This stay is lovely and convenient. We wanted a last minute getaway and it was easy to book and be sure everything would be ready for when we arrived later that day. Description is very accurate. If we stayed again, we would leave our dog at home. There are somewhat steep stairs going to the loft and our 65 lb pupper with iffy joints was nervous coming down them. No problem for fully able humans, though!

We found a true gem in Spotslyvania. We needed a place to stop midway during our road trip to North Carolina and are so happy we found Patti's place. Beds were super comfortable, the space was really nice, and they had some many extras- if you forgot something they most likely have it. We would love to stay here again!
