An ancient park area (0.3 hectares) with century-old eucalyptus at the entrance and two houses built in the 19th century, after reconstruction, fully correspond to the official name of house - "Le Vieux Nid" - "The Old Nest". The house has a unique location - it is detached, but is located in the center of the town, walking distance from the bus stop is about 1 min. And at the same time, you can be either in a gorge or in a small beach house on the ocean shore in 10-12 minutes.
