For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

we had a lovely stay in the cottage, the amenities are great. the pool is very nice. the location allowed us to visit Mont St Michel as well as Saint-Malo. Corinne and Sébastien are very welcoming. Thank you. We'll definitely be right back.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Perfect and relaxing weekend. The location is ideal for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and serene setting. Nathalie's thoughtful touches and the option to enjoy the jacuzzi for an hour with the reservation add real value to the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and Nathalie was very responsive to each of our questions or requests. The cottage, impeccably clean, is decorated with taste and simplicity. It is also very comfortable, with quality bedding and complete amenities. We highly recommend this address and hope to return as soon as possible.

Very large renovated house, very bright and very spacious, very easy parking for several cars, access to the sea 300 m away, only small downside, the exteriors are not finished, it lacks a beautiful terrace and the perimeter of the house, but for the price offered, it remains a detail. We recommend Nadine's accommodation in Jullouville.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

We stayed only one night because we had a wedding nearby. Alexandra and her husband were very welcoming. The house was impeccable, as described. The little extra: the playground in the garden for the children, they loved it!

Super stay and super welcome on arrival. Efforts were made despite the language barrier. It is a beautiful accommodation close to the beach. Quiet environment and you can sit on the terrace in the evening with nice weather. Shops and restaurants are also conveniently close by. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful time here. After a hectic and busy time, we were ready for some rest. We got that here. Very nice house with a nice terrace and furniture and wonderfully private. I highly recommend this cottage for a lovely quiet stay. Wiljlhelmine has been a Superhost for us.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

A small accommodation perfectly adapted and very well equipped with the terrace feet in the sand for the greatest pleasure of the little ones.

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

Independent accommodation, with closed courtyard to park a vehicle and small terrace with table and deckchair. The accommodation is cozy, very recently renovated, very pleasant to stay in, everything is new and perfectly equipped. The place is peaceful, with little road traffic and virtually no noise. Jullouville beach is beautiful, offering the possibility to walk along it on a paved road for several kilometers. It is a short drive from the property. Hosts are welcoming and potentially available if needed. We highly recommend this listing.
