All the shops are within walking distance. There is a beautiful lake two kilometres from the house with beautiful hiking trails. The house has a storage room for bikes.

The studio with its own terrace is surrounded and filled with laurels in an old district of Caromb, 150 meters from the center with its shops and restaurants. The studio has been tastefully renovated and has all the comforts.
