This place is spacious, spotless, and absolutely stunning, and Mavi is such a great host. She took time to explain everything to us and all the ways to enhance our trip with lots of recommendations for fun excursions and delicious restaurants. We so enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the evening, overlooking the lake, and we even were able to catch the fireworks during the holiday weekend. What a pleasant surprise that was for us! We will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy beautiful Stresa on Lake Maggiore!

We are delighted with our stay at Giulio's. The apartment is very well located (a few minutes drive from Stresa), very clean, the quality amenities, and the very quiet environment. The little touches upon arrival were greatly appreciated (beds made, coffee pods, tea, and bottle of prosecco). We would highly recommend this place to stay and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful little apartment about ten minutes' drive from Stresa Spacious and pleasant accommodation, beautiful view and impeccable garden, in short a place where you feel good! Luca was super responsive, a big thank you to him for his kindness and hospitality I recommend it!

The apartment had the best view we ever had in an Airbnb. It was fantastic to sit outside for breakfast or late into the night and enjoy the view on the lake. The flat was very quiet, new and clean! Our host Mavi was very helpful in explaining the surroundings, from hiking areas to parking options. Really great! Thanks a lot for that. Be prepared for steep streets leading to the apartment. We usually took the car downtown (5-7 min to the supermarket and the pedestrian (touristic) area as well as to the ferries) since walking was too difficult for us. As a family of 4 we fully recommend the apartment!
