The best way to get around is by car, for sportsmen on foot or by bike. The house is close to the ports, beaches, an amusement park for children (magic world),the village ,supermarkets ect… The village of Carqueiranne is 5 minutes by car and the town of Hyères is 10 minutes . A supermarket is located 3 minutes by car as well as an organic store 10 minutes away . A bus stop is a few meters from the house . A Thai restaurant is located very close to the house . The villa has access to everything very quickly , boat rental, kite surfing , paddles , windsurfing at the Fun Board center . The house is very well equipped: steam oven, recessed fryer, induction plate and gas burner with a Wok Pro, dishwasher, electronic oven with many automatic programs and all the necessary equipment to make elaborate cooking. The dishes are from Villeroy &Boch and Bodum glassware. The towels are made of 100% cotton from Egypt . The large outdoor bar is very popular with travelers for its relaxing side under the palm trees and very practical because it is equipped with a second dishwasher and refrigerator, a plancha in stainless steel Pro, a professional ice maker and a freezer to be able to put the ice creams .
