Sarah's place is clean, comfortable, and located in the middle of lush green. Yard is full of big lemon trees, olive trees, and flowers like roses and lavenders. They also have hens who provides us breakfast 🥚 Sarah is super friendly. Don't miss her lemon jam! Walking distance from a super market called Sigma.

We were guests of Alessandra on the bridge of the first of November to relax, visit the neighboring villages, taste the local specialties and have fun in the city of Lucca in celebration. The location is really evocative, characteristic and surrounded by greenery. In fact, the house overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and many plants. A home that tells a story, paintings, objects, and family collections make the structure unique and special. The room is cozy, clean, with sheets, towels, TV and comfortable closet. The spacious bathroom, also very clean. The b&b was quite easy to reach and there is the possibility of leaving the car in the private parking lot of the property. Alessandra was very professional, very kind, never intrusive and at the same time always present for any need in the structure. Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

We truly enjoyed the beautiful location, which feels like it's right in the forest. We spent our days at the river across the house and walked to the most beautiful waterfall. The town is also just a short walk away, and there were some cultural activities going on as well. Giavanna makes you feel right at home and helped us get our luggage to the house as it is not easily accessible by car. (but possible when the river is low)

Martha and Francesco’s place was great. Martha made the check in process very easy and was very responsive to any questions/concerns. The place was also very clean and has a great location within Riomaggiore. We would stay here again.

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazed I am with staying at Villa Valentina! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and every detail was beautiful. Valentina and Paula were truly amazing hosts and their bed and breakfast is nothing short of amazing. The location is not too far from the town we rode provided bikes down almost everyday. The train station is nearby so you can go check out the nearby cities. We hiked, beached and ate amazing food. I will absolutely be coming back to stay with them.

We only spent one night in this great house, but we'll definitely be back! Very clean accommodation, equipped with all the accessories in the kitchen, a wide choice for breakfast. Warm house, comfortable bed, very intimate atmosphere, then the relaxation room with the Jacuzzi and the fireplace is spectacular! Stefano is a very helpful and kind person, he waited for us beyond check-in time, he was out in the rain waiting for us! Great experience!

Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

We had an amazing stay! Breathtaking views, very nice room, and a lovely breakfast. Gabriele was an extremely friendly and helpful host, and if we’re in the area again we will stop by for sure!

I can agree with the other reviews, we had a wonderful holiday here. Jonny and Susanne are very warm, helpful hosts and have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation of the old farmhouse. Our highlights: - High quality of the facility - Clean pool with perfect temperature for cooling off - Comfortable beds - Great view - Varied breakfast - Top outdoor kitchen - E-bikes with a lot of power, it was really fun They also had many insider tips for excursions and restaurants. It was an unforgettable holiday for us ☺️ In the evening the insects come, but the whole house has fly screens and outside there is an evaporator against mosquitoes, so you can sit outside without bites on the warm summer nights and watch the fireflies 🥰

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. A very nice view of the city. Bathroom and bedroom was neat and clean. The landlord was very friendly, we got Italian coffee every morning and we got all the necessary information about the area.

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Lorenzo and Claudia's service was excellent, 11 out of 10. The place is a paradise on earth and the mansion (not house) exceeded all our expectations. The directions for arrival and stay, always clear and precise. The lawnmower robot gave us no problems and the girls were able to enjoy the pool on a hot days. Easy access from Pisa, Lucca, or Florence. We will definitely return and use it as a reference point.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Elena proved to be an impeccable host. Perfect room, equipped with all the comforts but above all with those small details that make the difference in the world of hospitality. Perfect value. One piece of advice: you will need a car for getting around (in any case, a private parking space is provided very close to the accommodation).

Elisabetta's house is lovely. It is an old Garfagnino farmhouse renovated in strict compliance with the original materials and furnished with great taste. In a panoramic position about 2 km from the village, the view is beautiful. Elisabetta was a perfect host, attentive to every detail, super helpful, thoughtful. Highly recommended stay !!!!
