You will be welcomed in a house of about 30 meters, "depandance" in the internal courtyard of an independent villa of 1920, in the historic district of Marina di Carrara. Located a few minutes walk from the central square and main amenities, promenade, bus station, bars and restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment consists of a common kitchen-living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Private garden access with outdoor living room is available. Car parking is free on the street right in front of the house.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.
