Our family stayed at Robin's place for my daughter's graduation from Duke. It was a perfect spot. We all felt at home. It was private and comfortable and only a short ride to the university. Great find!

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

My group enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. Check in was smooth and easy. The home was very clean and nice. There were also lots of towels, wash clothes, and linens for our group.

My stay at the cottage was better than I could have hoped! I think the description somewhat undersells the home, with its original wood, multiple fireplaces, and cozy charm. The home was peaceful, but centrally located enough to make walking into town very easy. Sarah was communicative, friendly, and helpful. Would absolutely recommend a stay here! My only note would be for taller individuals--given it's an older building there is not a ton of head clearance, particularly in the bedroom.

This was an absolutely gorgeous spot in a beautiful location in Chapel Hill - close to everything but tucked away in a neighborhood that felt like a little forest retreat. The bedrooms were big and beautiful with plenty of space for our suitcases and bags, the bathrooms were sparkling, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee (an essential!) and prep meals. Information on check-in and check-out was clear and sent promptly. Nichole was quick to respond and accommodating when we reached out with a question on the first day of our stay - we appreciate the excellent communication. My son has asked multiple times if we can return and stay in "the very same house!" again soon.

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

Great spot for a weekend in Chapel Hill! The house is filled with amenities & is conveniently located. The ducks in the back yard are the best part!

We had a wonderful stay at William's place! The house was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which made meals super easy. Our kids absolutely loved the tree house in the backyard - such a fun and unique touch! The master bathroom felt like a spa, with a gorgeous glass shower and soaking tub. It was peaceful, quiet home with the bonus of laundry machines, which came in very handy. William was a fantastic host - a great communicator and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location in wooded neighborhood. We had two families stay in this house- one couple stayed in the master bedroom and the other family with three kids stayed very comfortably on the other half of the upstairs. Very convenient location to downtown Chapel Hill and 18 min from the venue of the wedding we were in town for.

Extraordinarily beautiful and comfortable, great beds and other furniture. Enjoyed a family of deer in back while hosting a family meal in the lovely great room. Very close to a forest trail and a great coffee shop. Close to downtown and to a nice neighborhood for walking

We highly recommend staying at Sara's beautiful house. The home is clean, quite, and boasts new appliances and incredibly comfortable beds. The location can't be beat: it's a 5-10 walk from downtown Carrboro, which boasts restaurants, cafe, two major supermarkets, cute shops, etc. Sara is a fantastic host!

The house and furniture were artfully configured. Five of us stayed at the house for three nights enjoying each other’s company in the common space. And, although the house is small, it felt spacious at night because the three bedrooms had no shared walls! And the bathrooms were far apart. The kitchen is well stocked and Josh is a gracious host. Responding to emails immediately and helpfully.

Jason is a very responsive host. He shared some local restaurant info. When we arrived he had wine on the counter for us and water in the fridge. The space is super clean, neat and organized. There was a beautiful area to sit outside and relax. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was amazing. She thought of everything- pet dishes( we didn’t have pets), booster seat, outdoor play set. We loved the outdoor furniture for relaxing and resting. Sara was quick to reply to messages and made the house rules clear. Our party of 5 adults had more than enough room and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Sara really did have everything one might need while staying there. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We loved staying at Justin’s beautiful house and definitely hope to come back someday soon! The home itself is bright, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 4. We also really enjoyed spending time in the yard and on the deck, eating all of our meals out there, hanging out in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods. The house feels very private, even though you’re close to the road and have easy access to Hillsborough. We were very happy with the location. Justin and his family were also great communicators/super nice people and easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful, unique location. A real NC gem!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage in Sanford, NC. The place was impeccably clean, and the view was beautiful. We especially loved watching the turtles, particularly the one with the distinctive shell pattern. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of them each morning. Although we couldn't go fishing or canoeing due to the rain, it made our stay even more relaxing. Being off the grid was a refreshing change, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Father's Day weekend with my son and husband. We're looking forward to returning regularly! We stayed in Rebecca's place for UNC graduation weekend, and it was perfect for that weekend occasion. The space is ideal, and the location is convenient and quiet. Three of us stayed in the little house. The facilities are new and super clean. The kitchen has what you need. There is a nice sitting area and living space. Each bedroom is spacious enough with closet room and ceiling fans. You have control of the AC/heater, washer/dryer (brand new), dishwasher, and we had everything we needed--including plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. I loved the spot and neighborhood that was quiet and away from the busyness of the campus area but less than 15 mins from campus events. For any Chapel Hill visits, I would recommend this spot.

I would recommend this spot for anyone! Anna was responsive and the place is perfect for groups of up to 4! It’s super secluded from the downtown areas which made it quite nice. The AC was perfect for the warm weather. It’s also not far from Cary or Raleigh. I stayed there 4 nights and it was way better pricing than what I would have gotten at a hotel! Would recommend to anyone!
