Family-friendly holiday rentals in Carroll County

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

Place was perfect for our weekend get away. Unique, artsy, with tons of things to look at. Space was very clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable, plus some. Jim has truly thought of everything! He was a very welcoming host, and full of information about the area. Would love to stay again!

What a beautiful little secluded space! We so enjoyed the scenery and being not too far from Eureka Springs. The decks and hot tub were a great way to enjoy nature and the scenery. The house was clean and comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this house several times because it’s a great to spend time with friends. Big rooms, lots of space, and a fully + equipped kitchen. The screened in dining area off the kitchen is one of my favorite places anywhere. Tea in the morning with a view of the dense trees and the birds chirping is amazing. The sound of the accumulated due dripping from leaf to leaf is mesmerizing. The place is Amazing! Chris is also a great Superhost. I’ve traveled most of the globe, and this is one of my favorite places on the planet!

I don’t think you can beat the location of this AirBnB, especially for quick access to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in Eureka Springs (there is a large flight of stairs between the AirBnB and these shops, so that is just something to be mindful of). Very convenient for large groups, especially if multiple couples are traveling together — we liked the setup of 3 separate suites! Amenities like the hot tub were clearly explained by the host and ready for us to use with no issue. Loved the low maintenance checkout process. Great experience, would absolutely stay here again!

This little cabin is CUTE! The steps will take you right downtown or to beautiful trails. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Read the description of this place! It is accurate: the steps up to the bedroom are steep so if your knees aren’t in good shape, this wouldn’t be the place to stay. We loved it here! Would definitely stay again!

Very peaceful. Very beautiful cabin. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back for a longer stay. Kristen was a great host. Always checking in by text to make sure everything is ok. The outside fire pit with a bundle of wood was a delightful surprise and we enjoyed it very much. The picnic was a nice amenity.

My wife and I stayed at this cabin over the weekend, and it was a refreshing escape from the constant buzz of modern life. The complete lack of Wi-Fi and weak cell signal turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It forced us to unplug and truly engage with each other, something we didn’t realize we needed so much. We spent our days exploring the surrounding area and just talking—quality time that’s hard to come by with all the usual distractions. The absence of connectivity made us get creative and appreciate the simple joys of each other’s company. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to reconnect with loved ones, this cabin’s off-the-grid vibe is perfect. Highly recommend for anyone craving a break from the digital world!

Perfect Location, clean, close to boat ramp, had a place to part the boat.

Great location. Close to all the shops, restaurants, and sights Eureka Springs has to offer. The neighborhood is charming and quiet for a good night’s rest. Having a dedicated parking spot was so helpful during the busy weekend that we stayed. Will definitely be back.

Our family stayed here for a few days over spring break and we had a fantastic stay. Karen was very communicative and even let us check in early on our day of arrival. This home is exactly as pictured and is incredibly comfortable. This house felt no different than the accommodations we had during our last visit to France (I mean this in the best way possible!), it legitimately feels like a slice of France in the heart of the U.S. We found ourselves spending a lot of time in the kitchen (my husband loves to cook) and on the back patio. It's very quiet and peaceful here and very close to downtown Eureka. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

I can say I really felt at home away from home at Karen’s Maisonette! Extremely clean, very private, and a great host made my stay feel more inviting that I could’ve asked for. Extremely accommodating, with great recommendations for things to do around town and I location that was hard to beat, I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to spend a weekend in Eureka Springs!

The Ted pod at Iris Hill Glamping was so cute and cozy! Perfect alternative to camping or a hotel, with conveniences in the woods! Being just 5 minutes from the main drag made it so easy for me to get to the art market I was vending at during the zombie crawl weekend. And just another 5 minutes to all the downtown fun! Eureka in the fall has always been my favorite! Our pods were clean, tidy, and had what we needed for a weekend getaway. Middle agers who get up to use your pee pod in the night, don’t forget your slip on shoes! Haha! Bed was comfy enough, and we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful pod porch! :) I loved talking to the cute armadillo each night as he looked for bugs in the woods. I didn’t get to see the goats until we were leaving since I was gone during the day, but they were so cute! We saw so many deer as well! Our hosts were welcoming and responded quickly to questions. They went above and beyond to help! Thank you so much! Highly recommend Iris Hill!

Wow is simply an understatement! The house and property were beautiful! We saw deer eating in the yard, a turtle, groundhog, a million frogs, and bats at night. It was in the woods and crazy close to all of the fun of downtown! We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway or a better hostess!

We loved our stay! There were 9 of us, including 2 kids. The size was perfect, and the area was gorgeous! We would love to come back in the summer!

We loved our stay! The cabin was cozy and also had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was exceptionally well supplied. We had everything we needed, and all the cookware was great quality, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside- no cell service at the cabin, but the WiFi worked fine, so it wasn’t really a problem- just something to be aware of. Thanks for a great stay!

The host is very friendly and responsive. The house is very clean and comfortable with good beds and great water pressure in the shower. The back patio is private, peaceful, and provides a good view. I highly recommend to anyone going to Eureka Springs.
