The view is spectacular! The noise of the city is something to consider, but it was already in the description and we were prepared. Otherwise, we loved the decor and view of the apartment!

Great place to stay when you are in San Jose!

Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

This is one of those gems that if happen to be fortunate enough to find, jump on it right away!! Caveat… As you are approaching the place the neighborhood may seem kinda scary but once you get to the location you’ll be incredibly surprised at the pace and tranquility that you’ll have. The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. Just the view of the city is worth the price you pay to stay there. Everything inside the condo is pristine! Never saw any bugs or worse (roaches) . I will definitely base my next trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 based off the availability of this place. Yes, it is that good !

We had a great time in San Jose and felt at home in the apartment. It was the ideal location for us. We felt very comfortable and safe because it was a secured location with security guards. Having a designated parking spot made it easier to go back and forth without worrying about finding a parking spot. Additionally, the complex is located across from a supermarket so it was easy for us to walk and get groceries. It is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants so we didn’t need to drive for dining. The view overlooking the city from the balcony was amazing. Javier was a great host and I strongly recommend their Airbnb as a preferred place.

Cannot say enough great things about Urbn and this adorable apartment and very responsive and accommodating host. The neighborhood is definitely one of our favorites as well, so much to do and felt safe to be out at night. We cannot wait to come back.

Great apartment to stay in the center of Escalante. The building is very new so the apartment is in great condition and has a great style. Very short walk to many restaurants and cafe’s but fairly quiet location. Great views!

Perfect stay, super comfortable place and the entrance is simple without much hassle. Communication with the host was extremely efficient and they were very willing to facilitate the entire stay. I highly recommend

This place is a great find - the neighborhood is full of great places to eat, walkable, and the apartment was very nice (the rooftop patio/hot tubs are a great addition). Carlos is a great host, very responsive, and he even let us store our luggage early when our flight got in earlier than expected.

LOVED this stay! Karla was so friendly and helpful! Really great, modern apartment building. Comfortable bed and great balcony with stunning view of San Jose. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops walkable. Highly recommend!

Awesome place and location!

We asked if possible to get the room early, and when I arrived by 0900; they had the room ready, that gave extra time to go to the auto market near to get us things for cooking and things that we like it from the market.

Nice place, close to the city with beautiful views, super quiet and very pleasant, Daniel is very good and helpful. Highly recommended place

This is the second time we have stayed here and, as always, everything is perfect. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean and comfortable. Karen has been very attentive and available for anything at all times. We will definitely be back.
