Cabin holiday rentals in Cartago Province

This place was OUTSTANDING 10/10 experience. Would insist on telling anyone I know who visits Costa Rica to stay here. Wonderful having the restaurant just a few steps from our door, and the surroundings were incredible- lots of wildlife sightings just on the property as well as tons of fresh fruit growing. Only down side is yes there are some bugs because you are in the jungle, but if you can get past that, it’s the perfect place to stay.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary in a private, super quiet environment, surrounded by nature.

The location of the cabin is perfect, apart from which it is super equipped with everything!!! Even air fryer, it is small but perfect, and if we put the million stars that are seen thanks to the little pollution of light there, and to listen to the wind in the trees, it is priceless, I recommend it a thousand times!!

The place is amazing, my n1 go-to to be in touch with nature. Check-in was smooth and everything was well taken care of.

The cabin with all the conditions and amenities. Peaceful atmosphere. Sufficient heaters and blankets. Hot water. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Very close to chespiritos 3.

It's an amazing and very well-kept estate, with wonderful hosts who helped us wash our clothes, offered us delicious food and supported us in everything. We totally recommend it for a visit!

Second time staying here, we love it! The house is beautiful and the cool climate is a nice relief. When we had an issue with the water heater, Ana Victoria sent someone over to help us right away.

This place is fantastic. Big and spacious. Peaceful and quiet. We had hoped for lots of birds and more wildlife, but that was practically nonexistent. The place is fairly close to Santa Maria, which offers everything you would need for supplies and some great restaurants. If you are a larger group, this is the perfect place. Especially if you have kids. The soccer field was awesome. We would stay here again, and Gustavo and his group of helpers were very responsive and on top of everything! Thanks for helping make our stay wonderful.

We loved the place. It is very well equipped and very nice. It is also in the very center of Santa María. The hosts gave clear instructions and responded quickly. We are looking forward to returning for more days. The bus/lodging is within a property where there is something else, which makes it safe and there is also privacy. Thank you!

A beautiful area, full of peace and with a delicious climate. Everything is nice, clean and organized in the cabin. We slept well and the blankets were perfect for that nice mountain cold, Jefferson was super friendly and attentive. We are grateful.

What a gorgeous space! The large room was the perfect spot for us to stop during our road trip. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. Natalia and Don Miguel were wonderful to deal with. The farm is located in a perfect place in the mountains to see the country, the view was spectacular! We were happy to be travelling in a 4x4, however the road to the farm is mostly paved. There are sign outlining where to go, it was easy to find with the instructions. We would stay again. My friend and I had a great one-night stay at Fabio's place. Everything was impeccably clean, very well decorated and perfectly in line with the listing. The beds were very comfortable, which allowed us to rest well. I also really appreciated the small touches of the owner, as well as the responsiveness and kindness during our exchanges. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to amenities. I highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity presents itself!

We LOVED staying there. It had awesome views, Fabiola was very responsive, the fireplace was a highlight and the kitchen was well equiped. We explored during the day then came home to a fire, cooked dinner and played games in front of the fire. Will definitely go back!!!

The sound of the river is relaxing, the owners are building a beautiful place with a lot of effort, it will undoubtedly be a unique place, it is a few meters from the Gato river and the entrance to the Marta shelter, the place has trails and access to the river and unique landscapes!

We had an amazing time in the cabin.❤️ The place is beautiful, with a view that really leaves you speechless. Everything is super clean, comfortable and with details that you notice. Daniel was an excellent host, always responded very quickly and made us feel very welcome. 100% recommended, we would return without thinking!

The place is truly a dream come true. If I could build something the same for me, I would definitely do it. The cabin (for not telling the house) is very cozy, with a very well penetrated urbanization of space and splendid minimalist decor (I loved the Buddha and the Ganesha). A total luxury the balcony with two mecedoras, sunrise and coffee from the Santos area enjoying the mountains, the morning cold and with little birds less than 10 meters away, surely it is priceless. I will come back if God lends me to life.

The place is beautiful, beautifully decorated and cozy, for those of us who like to cook, the kitchen is special for that. Clean and safe.

We enjoyed our stay in the house a lot! The view is amazing thanks to the huge windows and the fireplace made it warm and super cosy.

Absolutely beautiful location with a 360 degree panorama. It had everything we needed and the deck let‘s you calm down and enjoy the breathtaking view into the distance. Hosts also were really kind and make every effort! 10/10 recommend 👏🏽

Great place to stay, be aware that in May there are very large beetles, they appear to be harmless but there were a lot of them. It was chilly which was a nice break from the heat and beautiful views. We were glad for the fireplace which was fully stocked and the hot shower.
