Noi abbiamo usato l’appartamento come base d’appoggio per il festival nameless ed è stato comodissimo!

We had a wonderful stay at Luca's Airbnb! The place is exactly as pictured. clean and very comfortable. It’s easy to access and feels like a safe, welcoming spot. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including cleaning materials, which was a nice touch. Luca, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. He even stopped by to remove an item from the apartment when I asked, and brought along hot croissants—such a thoughtful gesture! Upon our arrival, there was a lovely note waiting for us, along with some refreshments in the fridge, plus coffee and tea to enjoy. The location is great—just a short drive from Carnate train station and surrounded by shops and markets. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area. Grazie!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento durante il Nameless Festival. L'host e sua sorella sono state molto cordiali al mio arrivo fornendomi tutte le info riguardanti la casa e i dintorni. La cucina aveva tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare e mangiare. La camera da letto e il bagno erano organizzati molto bene. La casa aveva anche un comodo parcheggio nel giardino interno. Consiglio vivamente a coloro che vogliono godersi la pace e la natura!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Eine wirklich besondere historische Wohnung und sehr liebevoll von Marina erhalten und eingerichtet. Im Bett schläft es sich hervorragend und im Bad und in der Küche hat Marina alles bereit gestellt. Ein ganz besonderer Aufenthalt. Ich wünsche Marina viele Gäste, die ihre Fürsorge und Gastfreundschft schätzen. Edgar

un accueil plus que chaleureux et très avenant toujours prêt a nous aider, belle villa super bien entretenu, le jardin et la piscine sont impeccable. c'est très reposant, les enfants sont super bien accueillis et les hôtes sont au petit soins, le logement ne manque de rien, on s'y sent comme à la maison parfait, nous recommandons ++ et nous gardons cette belle adresse pour une prochaine fois peut être ❤️🙏 accès a Milan en bus et train sous 1h et parfait pour les visites a proximité sous condition d'avoir un véhicule

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement von Giulia hat von Anfang an reibungslos funktioniert. Der Check-in wurde klar geregelt und war sogar früher möglich als angegeben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Wohnung sah haargenau aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war und war ebenfalls äußerst sauber. Alle angegebenen Features der Wohnung (z.B. Kamin, Fernseher) haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Mailand und hatten auch keinerlei Schwierigkeiten beim Check-out. Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich bedanken für die tolle Zeit, die Gastfreundschaft und freundliche Art von Giulia. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😁

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Nicola has definitely set the bar very high, from his communication to the cleanliness of the place. This has probably been the first place I’ve visited where I’ve not had to panic about something not being clean. The apartment itself was just like the pictures and in pristine condition. Surrounded by lovely scenic mountains and only a tram away from Bergamo centre. The tram and bus station are only a 5 minute walk away with connections to Bergamo central every 10-15 minutes. There is a lovely canal right outside, perfect for an evening walk. If you are planning a stay then hurry and book up here as I’m sure you will not be left disappointed. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was comfortable, well-kept, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
