From a large entrance with spiral staircase you reach the upper floor where there are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 unique space used as a living room-kitchen with sofa bed that opens onto a private terrace. It is accessed from a large door on Via G.B. Fardella, the main street of the city. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian area, 3 minutes from the bus and train station, 10 minutes from the port and the nearest beach is 150 metres away.
