Monthly Rentals in Casagiove

I stayed in this studio apartment for a few days with my girlfriend and was extremely satisfied. The apartment is clean, cozy and furnished, perfect for those looking for comfort and practicality. The location is really ideal: it is just a few steps from the beautiful Royal Palace of Caserta and the train station, so everyone can easily get around even without a car (if you have a car, the property also offers parking). The area is quiet but well served, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The studio apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to Wi-Fi.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment and location. It was my wife, myself and a 2 and 1 year old. The place isn’t huge, but big enough for all of us. Very walkable to restaurants, and a great park just a block down, which my kids loved. Flavia, was amazing! We had to come last minute as another location we had was just not safe for the kids. She was gracious and helpful in getting us all booked for her place. She went out of her way to help us out, and we truly appreciate it.

The apartment was absolutely perfect, absolutely everything I could have wanted! It was spotless, lovely and extremely comfortable! Giorgia was a phenomenal host, she was responsive and very useful! Lilia was also amazing and deserves a lot of credit for ensuring the apartment was kept in pristine condition! Would stay again here in a heartbeat. Thanks again!
