The location is really strategic, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, it is a stone's throw from the most important museums and theaters, as well as 10 minutes from the university area.

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. It consists of a double bedroom with French bed, spacious living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
