House holiday rentals in Casalecchio di Reno

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Our second stay at this place! Really enjoy the beauty of the location and the villa. Convenient to all the area offers.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean accommodations. Difficult to find location

Visiting Lisbeth & Lars is more than just an accommodation. We stayed at the couple’s unit which was perfect – very clean and well maintained with all our necessities. This place is perfect to have you slipping into Italian style living. We had our morning coffee at the porch with the birds singing for us😃 But the most important thing about this place is the hospitality. Lisbeth & Lars are the perfect hostesses and helped us reserve the best restaurants in the area plus tours with local balsamic and parmesan producers. We will certainly come again, next time at the summer to check out the pool.

The accommodation at Michele's was extremely pleasant! Immersed in the quiet of a beautiful garden, the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed breathing in the history of the structure and the family through the furniture and furnishings of the rooms, carefully cared for and preserved. Michele was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. In the summer heat, it was nice to find a quiet corner cooled by the greenery. See you soon!

Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

Pictures reflect the cottage. Clean, great A/C, great location, quiet, perfect for 4 people. Garden was nice and peaceful. All was as described...even better! Would return!

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. We felt right at home in Marco’s home! The house itself was so inviting and homey—and it was very well-equipped! The gardens were stunning! We spent every evening in the backyard smelling roses and racing my toddler’s play cars— it was heavenly! The scenery is breathtaking and the weather was gorgeous! Marco was so kind and a plethora of knowledge and suggestions for things to do in the area and beyond! Plenty of linens, dishes, cookware, seating, etc. We wanted for nothing!! The local grocery stores had plenty of options and every Coop had a playground— a major perk to my toddler! ;) We cooked many meals in the kitchen with ease and my husband worked from home there without any issues with technology or connectivity. Marco was even so kind as to leave a monitor, keyboard, and printer! We only wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home! My toddler keeps requesting to go back and we feel the same! Grazie mille, Marco!

We had an excellent stay in the apartment at Via Mascarella no. 86, Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and comfortable, perfect for a few days of relaxation in the city. It is close to the historic center, in a quiet but very accessible area – close to transportation and many restaurants, cafes and shops. The host, Simone, was extremely hospitable and attentive to details. He gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sights, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Communication with him was easy, quick and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to discover Bologna in a comfortable and authentic way. Thank you Simone!

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

Cutigliano was a quiet and beautiful location. While we often drove 2 hours to go to major destinations, there was so much to do nearby as well. I found one of my favourite things to do was to explore the village and trials nearby. The people were wonderfully kind and the local food was amazing. Highly reccomend this location for a longer stay in italy. We live in an apartment at home, so the house felt spacious and luxurious, but at the same time, with authenticity. We got used to living with the gorgeous chruch bells across the street... everything was a joy! We stayed with a 6 month old baby which was great. If our small child was walking or crawling by themselves there are lots of stairs, some without rails which should be considered. Solange was exceptional. She was waiting outside when we arrived to help us understand how to bring in our luggage and park our car. She was quick to respond and had lots of suggestions for things nearby. Overall one of my fave trips!

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (kitchen equipment and recent living rooms, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in communication on the application, welcome with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt to ensure that check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night on site. Thank you very much!

We had a great time in the center of a nice and quiet village with everything you need and where we ate a great pizza and excellent ice cream. If I pass through here again, I'll definitely stop. I thank Diana for her hospitality
