Holiday rentals with a patio in Casarza Ligure

Beh che dire, la casa di nina è perfetta per chi vuole passare dei giorni di mare e tranquillità vicino alle 5 Terre. Self check-in, pulizia e attenzione massima ai dettagli! Consigliatissimo anche per il posteggio auto e vicinanza alla spiaggia!

Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber, Gayla ist zudem eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Einzig die Lage war nicht ganz optimal, da die Unterkunft hoch gelegen und damit weiter weg von der Stadt war. Zudem muss man ca 200 Meter mit seinem Gepäck einen Schmalen Weg entlang laufen bis man die Unterkunft erreicht.

Die Unterkunft und die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ! Die Erreichbarkeit wegen eventueller Fragen war immer gegeben. Wir haben uns absolut sicher gefühlt in einer ruhigen , etwas abseits gelegenen Umgebung mit tollem Blick auf‘s Mittelmeer. Die Terasse ist von keiner Seite einzusehen, so daß auch hier die Privatsphäre gewart bleibt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist funktional und hat einen gewissen „ clean-chic“. An alles ist gedacht, ob Klimaanlage,Rolläden, Espressokocher etc.Jederzeit können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Martina und Michael

Great place, superb location, beautiful view from the balcony, close to the marina. To get to the apartment, you must use stairs in the following order: 22 up, 6 down, 20 down, & 6 down. Be cognizant of that if you’re traveling with luggage. However, the place is worth every step. Giuseppina met us at the train station & walked with us to the apartment. Upon arrival, she showed us the place & explained the amenities. There are two small refrigerators, one on each floor. There were cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks & a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless. It’s a very beautiful place and we would highly recommend it.

A spacious apartment giving a great view of the city of Genova, just as described, although I wish I had brought my binoculars! Up on the ninth floor but served by two lifts and the building and surroundings were really well cared for and maintained, as was the apartment itself. Those views come from the fact that Genova is hilly and you do need to make use of local transport if you are not driving, the 36 and especially the little 374 bus will be very useful to you. Google maps doesn't always show you the best routes! Being sited in a residential area it is surprising quiet at night and I really had no trouble sleeping with the windows open. Recommended :-)

Wow! 🤩 From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked a wonderful spot. Our host could not have been more kind and the apartment was one of the most special places we have ever been. Peaceful serene with a spectacular view we hope to be able to enjoy again soon. All of this just minutes from Cinque’s beautiful and popular towns. Rent this apartment with confidence, the host, the property and the panoramic views are each really next level! A+ all the way around! This was the highlight of our long European trip. Viva Italia!

The host was very helpful before checkin, during our stay, and at checkout time. He offered very good suggestions for local activities. Everything with the unit was as advertised. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Finally, it should be noted that this was likely the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The floor was literally clean enough to eat from…. (We didnt though:) The views were incredible, and there were multiple places outside to sit and take it in and relax. We actually came with intentions of exploring more towns in the area, but once we arrived, found this apartment to be so comfortable we opted to stay in more and just walk to Manarola along the trail.

This was the best stay during our trip to Italy. Cinque Terra is beautiful and Lorenzo went above and beyond to ensure our stay was phenomenal. He is friendly and helpful, and keeps the place immaculate. Lorenzo achieved the impossible; the one place my wife had no complaints about.

Die Kommunikation im Voraus war sehr nett, die Anweisungen zum Check-in waren sehr detailliert und haben es leicht gemacht, zum Grundstück der Familie zu gelangen. Da der Weg sehr steil und teilweise schmal ist, kann es sein, dass man mit einem tieferen Auto oder einem sehr breiten Auto Schwierigkeiten haben könnte. Für uns war das kein Problem (EQE). Angekommen in Rapallo, wurden wir herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt. Alles war wie beschrieben - das Grundstück, der Pool und der Ausblick waren ein Traum. Als außergewöhnlich und damit gesondert erwähnenswert haben wir die Kommunikation mit und die Gastfreundlichkeit von Valerio und seiner Familie erlebt. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und fragten uns, ob sie etwas für uns tun können. Auch Empfehlungen, wie man sich in Rapallo und Umgebung am besten fortbewegt oder was man sehen sollte, erhielten wir. Insgesamt sind die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Unterkunft. Nicolò war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als es Probleme mit den Taxi's gab hat er uns von Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Erika est très sympathique et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire: logement très propre et joliment décoré, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, plein de victuailles et de petites attentions, des recommandations concernant tout ce qu'il est possible de faire à Gênes et dans les environs, reste hyper disponible selon nos besoins, etc... Très agréable de revenir dans cet environnement calme et verdoyant après avoir été en ville. Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et en métro en laissant la voiture à la place qui lui est réservée, c'était très facile. En quittant le logement, nous nous sommes aventurés sur les collines en prenant une route indiquée par Erika en face du restaurant à proximité, la vue sur les collines verdoyantes, Gênes et la mer est superbe.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück mit toller Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen. Im Haus alles neu und sehr sauber! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und der Weg zur Villa ist mit dem Auto und dank der super Anfahrtsbeschreibung kein Problem. Rapallo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger negativer Punkt für uns war, dass man die Autobahn hört (innen zum Schlafen kein Problem.) Sonst alles perfekt!

Best host we have ever had on Airbnb. place is also really great and location is like 2-3 minutes walking distance to market 10 minutes to beach. 5-7 minutes to most restaurants and central lavagna. very friendly and understanding and responsive host. Will definitely be back!

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Très joli appartement à Rapallo. Au calme, avec un joli balcon très agréable, surtout quand il fait très chaud 🤗 Tamara est efficace et notre arrivée s’est parfaitement bien passée. Bref, nous avons eu un super séjour

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

Appartamento pulito e nel cuore di Santa Margherita Ligure, ma in una zona tranquilla, nonostante sia in prossimità della stazione. Casa pulitissima e moderna, con tutti i comfort. Francesca ha sempre risposto subito e fornito info chiare. Consigliato!

George's apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and well located. My family and I enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. All the amenities (TV, oven, air con) are easy to use, and the rear garden is a total sun trap. George is also really quick at replying and very helpful, with questions and advice.

Nico was very welcoming, I appreciated everything he has done make the place perfect and make us feel carefree. Would highly recommend for anybody. The view is way better than the pictures :)

Logement un peu sportif d accès mais vaut vraiment le coup. Une fois les bagages déchargés et le véhicule stationné sur la place à proximité situé dans l’enceinte totalement privé et sécurisé: toute la ville avec les commerces sont accessibles en dix minutes à pied. Plus besoin d’utiliser le véhicule. Vous pouvez vous rendre en quelques minutes avec le train dans toutes les destinations des cinq terres voisine et apprécier la belle petite ville de Sistri Levante. Logement isolé de la ville tout et pourtant juste à côté donnant une vue magnifique sur la mer, entouré d’un jardin botanique. Idéal pour une petite famille, les enfants peuvent se promener en toute sécurité dans l’enceinte clôturée. L’équipement du logement est complet, neuf et confortable.
