If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!

WOW! The thing that made me book this place in the first place was the amazing view of pikes peak. It was the best experience to wake up in luxury while drinking a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains. The house was beautiful on a big lot with plenty of walking trails. This was the perfect escape from city life. Divide is only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions around so everything was easy to get to.

This place is PERFECT for families or bigger groups. And only about 12 minutes to front gate of USAFA. So much space, we didn’t even use some areas. The hosts answered all of my questions timely. Could not recommend more!!

We stayed at Kelsey and Aaron's property for a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and very private! So many activities (e.g. hiking, off-roading, Pike's Peak, national forests, etc.) were close to the property and easily accessible! We wouldn't hesitate to stay the property again!

Great location for activities in the area. Close to walking trails, Garden of the Gods, and other attractions. Very responsive to questions. Fenced yard for the dogs was nice.

Briar Patch Urban Farm was the PERFECT place for our family to stay! Our kids (ages 3 and 1) loved interacting with the animals, and Doug gave us a sweet little tour. The Airbnb was perfectly set up for families as well—they even had toys, kids plates/silverware, kids bath soap, and a bathroom stool! They were the most thoughtful and understanding hosts, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun and beautiful place to stay, especially if you have kids.

Sam and Jennifer have thought of everything to make you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door! From all manner of charging cords to freshly made jumbo cookies, from snacks and water to laundry detergent, this was our favorite Airbnb ever. An added bonus…my 6-yro granddaughter thought the “hidden” bedroom was magic and she didn’t want to leave this morning! While I didn’t meet Sam, I did meet Jennifer and she was delightful! We hope to come back!

Shelley's place felt cozy to me right away. It is in a great neighborhood and has a view of the mountains from the bedroom window. Everything was clean and well cared-for. Shelley was very responsive to messages and requests. I would stay here again if/when I come back to the area.

Tiffany, checked on us via the app and welcomed us by leaving fresh flowers, treats, snacks, and muffins, etc. She has been very thoughtful about the supplies and amenities she stocked throughout. Staying here was fabulous- it was easy, and the Hillside Hideout was beautiful, comfortable, and was convenient to many places and activities! I would stay here again!

Wow! Talk about an amazing view! Can’t get much better than this! The mountains, Garden of the Gods, the trees and birds. Heavenly just sitting on that expansive balcony. The place itself was also perfect! Clean, spacious, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed too. We loved the place so much, we couldn’t wait to get back after a full day of hiking and biking. Would definitely return to the area and to this incredible BnB!

The apartment is pretty spacious and sofas are comfy. Peggy and Mark have plenty of signs and notes around the place to keep things clear and tidy. Felt very welcome and comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

Our family of five, including our 2.5-year-old, had a wonderful experience staying at Tracy’s condo in Colorado Springs! From the moment we booked, communication was prompt, warm, and extremely helpful. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation. Tracy and her dad, Woody (who we had the pleasure of briefly meeting), were incredibly responsive and kind. When we encountered a minor issue with the bedroom circuits, they handled it seamlessly—the electrician was already scheduled, and everything was fixed without disrupting our plans. Their transparency and care really stood out. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear, and little touches like YouTube TV and a well-stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and convenient location, which made exploring Colorado Springs easy. Thank you, Tracy and Woody, for being such thoughtful and attentive hosts.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

This place was absolutely amazing. Deserves higher than the highest rating. Went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out to get us back in quickly- even at great personal inconvenience to them!

Great location! Close to everything! Unit was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Furnishings were clean, stylish and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Bonus - towels were cozy soft! Neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of downtown and walking paths. Host was very responsive when we needed to reach out. We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful attic unit!

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

This Southwestern condo was very cute and comfortable! Zoey was very communicative and flexible with our check-in! We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have spent more time here!
