Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

We were a group of eight and had a great stay at this beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden – perfect for relaxing. The host was super friendly, helpful and always available. The only small downside: the single and sofa beds were unfortunately not quite as comfortable and sagged a little. Still, we really enjoyed our stay!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, qui est tout simplement parfaite ! Très bien équipée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’intérieur est agréable, propre, fonctionnel, et on s’y sent vraiment très bien. Les hôtes sont adorables, toujours disponibles tout en restant très discrets. C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici ! Les alentours sont calmes, reposant, et l’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui se rendent au circuit d’Ottobiano — on ne peut pas faire mieux, c’est tout proche. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Merci encore aux hôtes pour leur super accueil !

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special.
