April to 31 October; water about 27 degrees); parking space. It has 4 beds and a large sofa bed. Mountains, beach, tennis, golf, shops (Coop and Migros), restaurants and train station are a few minutes walk from the apartment. The Saturday market in Ponte Tresa (IT) is 5 minutes away by public transport or car, Luino in approx. 20-30 minutes.
