Holiday rentals with a patio in Cassino

A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those who travel by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than halfanhour. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has all the necessary services, if visited in a cold season, I only recommend bringing a few extra blankets. The hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, even though we did not meet them, we were able to communicate through messages on the app. Recommended especially for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Martina is a great host. The place was very tidy, exactly how it looked like on the photos.

Awesome countryside house for a night or two. You really get to experience a nomadic life in this house. Totally recommended

Saverio’s place is cozy and very nicely decorated. He was very flexible with our check-out time and was a nice host overall. Definitely a place we will stay again when we return to Caserta!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We had a really good time, the house was very cozy, then there were two bathrooms so that everyone had the opportunity to have their own time, a wonderful garden where you could spend the whole day, to relax or even have a nice chat in the cool. Each room was tidy and very clean. Giulia was also very good at giving directions. In a nutshell, it's really nice, it's like feeling at home.

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

This apartment is really beautiful. 🥰New, with attention to the smallest details, a wonderful terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. Very clean and welcoming, and the air conditioners in each room made the stay even more pleasant, despite the heat of these days. The owner is always extremely kind. We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. In addition, the apartment was impeccable both on the cleanliness and decor side, a beautiful experience...we will definitely be back

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

I was so happy with this apartment. It is so safe and secure which I loved because I was alone. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that comes to Frosinone. There are amenities down the street and restaurants, but I loved having a car and driving around. Alessia and her husband are very helpful and always available. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I am so happy I found this place 💗🇨🇦

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Caserta. The value for money is truly incredible. It was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts you could need. It’s centrally located, yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Highly recommended :)
