Giovanna and Antonio are INCREDIBLE Hosts, super friendly, willing, discreet and always attentive to what you need to resolve. Worship, friendly, fraternal, and affectionate, everything you can ask for from a person in them. The house and the place, UNIQUE!!, a spectacular view of the sunrises and sunsets, the view from the kitchen, but above all from the bedroom IS MIND-BLOWING!! You feel like you own the world looking at the city of Formia and the bay from above. The gazebo in the middle of the olive trees offers you a view during the day and night with some beautiful breezes and where you can make a barbecue to your measure. The whole environment is on one side of the hosts house, but it has ABSOLUTE privacy and both Giovanna and Antonio make sure that privacy is respected. An entire experience the olive oil that they produce themselves, the fresh eggs from their chickens, the figs... if you want to live and feel like an Italian more you must stay here!

From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. Wonderful place for family gatherings, outdoor dining, lots of spaces to gather or be alone. The AC was a life saver during this heat wave. We felt like we were staying in our family’s ancestral home. Super sweet.

The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant vacation. Large and comfortable spaces, nice garden. Located in a quiet area. The beach is easy to get to .

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Sabaudia is a great location away from tourists. Easy to get to Latina train station by car 1/2 hour. We had parking, a Gardner and pool service. Recycling is a bit of a pain but that’s all of Italy.

We had a wonderful week in Stéphane's lovely house. The house was renovated with respect and an eye for the original architectural style, which made it both charming and cozy. The view was fantastic, and the pool was the icing on the cake for our 3 children. It was wonderful to be able to live in peace and quiet in the countryside, and at the same time so close to the vibrant life of Rome. Stéphane was a really good, friendly and welcoming host who both before our stay and along the way did his utmost to make sure we had the best holiday.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Beautiful villa with outstanding views. Magnificent pool which we still managed to use in late October. A highlight of our stay was sitting and eating outside every evening, all gathered around the large table under the beautiful loggia. Using the pizza oven was a first for us and was great fun. Highly recommended.
