Villa holiday rentals in Lazio

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

We have been in this house the second time and it is always like "coming home". The area is beautiful with a lot of possibilities for activity. We will come back. Thank you!

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, which is really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities. The pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax and spend wonderful days. Also, due to the distance of the trip, we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us wonderfully with 3 equally wonderful croissants. Thank you very much Roberta and Francesco, we will be back soon and we can't wait.

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The place is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Alessandro was a kind and responsive host, always available to help. The house was well-equipped and comfortable for our group. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the lovely outdoor space. We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had an amazing time with our dog (galgo/spanish greyhound). You couldn't wish for a better place to be on holidays with a dog. Huge area with a high-fence. A dream. Letizia was always helpful and responsive. We're definitely looking to come back.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant vacation. Large and comfortable spaces, nice garden. Located in a quiet area. The beach is easy to get to .

The villa for location and organization of spaces is beautiful, the pool and garden are well cared for and with many accessories, the barbecue is well located and the view from most of the rooms is very nice. It was a really comfortable weekend.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Giovanna was an excellent host and quickly accessible at all times. The house is very nice with very nice large garden with old trees such as olive trees and other trees. Directly at the house is the parking lot in the shade. The pool is in the middle of the garden and there are beautiful shaded places to linger on the provided loungers. After sightseeing in Rome or Tivoli, you can really relax and end the day with good wine and food. Fantastic. The house is new and very tastefully decorated inside and equipped with air conditioning, which we did not use. The new washing machine and dishwasher have also proven useful. The beds are also excellent for sleeping. In summary, it was an amazing stay.
