The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca. All'esterno troviamo numerosi spazi aperti,zona barbecue,veranda con tavolino e forno a legna.

La terrazza sul Mare🌊è un piccolo appartamento appartenuto al mio tris nonno👴🏻, situato nel pittoresco porto di Riomaggiore. Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie! Essendoci poca privacy.
