If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

Casa Candida is set in a fabulous landscape. I always wanted to visit this part of Abruzzo and this was the accommodation of my dreams. Its characteristics quickly made it "home". It was for a week our starting point for unforgettable hikes. Nearby, 15/20 minutes by car, the Voltigno Piana, with free horses, the Pasquale shepherd, an environment and a dream landscape. And then away, every day a different destination: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Bominaco, Navelli, the Tirino River, the Gorges of Sagittario and Scanno, L'Aquila, the Sanctuary of Ienca, to get to Amatrice. So many cars, but also many steps with beauty in front of the eyes. And in the darkness and silence of the night/night, go out for the last walk with the dog and see the signs of the flocks passing. These places have been a vacation for us, looking for a beauty that is not easy, which should be deserved. Thank you Nadia, thank you Casa Candida.

Excellent property located just below the iconic tower of the beautiful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, where you can breathe a unique atmosphere. Easy to reach, close enough to the parking lots, you can also leave your car in the square below to load and unload. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts: the kitchen is functional and well-stocked, it was very useful for us throughout the week; the bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain and a nice balcony; the bedroom located downstairs was a great solution for our almost 4-year-old baby; the bathroom, very clean, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and convenient drawers. S. Stefano is a small charming village, and an ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Bominaco. Stiffe Caves, etc. The host was very nice and helpful, and gave us precise directions for everything. Thanks and see you next time!

The town is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! I felt like I was the only tourist there. I highly highly recommend staying here!
