Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement.
