Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Castellammare di Stabia

Barbara’s place was amazing!!!! It’s a beautiful home with gorgeous views, renovated appliances, and it was very accessible for Positano. It was right off the road and near a bus stop which was fabulous for this town because we did not have to climb a bunch of steps to get there. Barbara was also very very helpful and responsive. She laid out the bus schedule so clearly, gave specific directions for us when we were out and about, gave awesome restaurant and beach club recommendations, and even brought us some milk when we arrived since all the grocery stores were closed. We had the best time staying here and would highly recommend it!

This was our second time renting an airbnb in Positano. It was absolute perfection. We knew ahead of time what to expect with the steep climbing, and we asked our host to arrange for porters for our luggage. She was very accommodating and it was a breeze with arrival and departure. Do yourself a favor and REQUEST PORTERS FOR LUGGAGE! The property is very close to local markets, however we did not want to lug heavy water and we made arrangements ahead of time to have our host provide bottles of water, and they were waiting for us. Communication was excellent and the property is exactly like the photos. The garden is beautiful with kumquat and lemon trees. Having a washing machine with drying rack in the sun made it easier for us to pack light. We highly recommend this listing.

We had one of the best stays ever at this Airbnb – on a scale of 1 to 5, we’d give it a 10! The property is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. Nestled on the side of a hill, the location offers breathtaking views of the town, sea, and Mt Vesuvius. While the 200 steps down to town added a bit of a workout to our daily routine (10 minutes down and 20 minutes back up); we managed just fine and we are in our mid to late 60’s. The hosts picked us up from the train station, drove us directly to the home and took is back when our stay ended We do recommend that anyone with mobility issues check with the hosts to arrange personal transportation before booking, as taxis and Ubers won’t pick you up right at the doorstep. The hosts are exceptional & some of the nicest folks we have met. They are more like concierges than typical Airbnb hosts. They arranged day trips, restaurant reservations and even a private guide to Pompeii. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay here! In a great location. There weren’t many stairs to get to the Airbnb or to get to restaurants and the beach. The pictures they have don’t do this place justice. Way more beautiful in person. The host was great. They let us check in early and let us keep our bags at the Airbnb late while we explored. Would book again!!!

Lovely unit, Chiara and her father were super welcoming and kind, her father helped us finding the best restaurant. Everything is perfect! It's only 2 mins away from the entrance of path of the gods. Highly recommend!! The unit is cozy and very beautifully designed, we really enjoyed the stay!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

We had a great time, there were 4 of us and the two bathrooms were essential! The view and the garden gave that extra touch to enjoy the stay. There are all the necessary services, including markets, bars and restaurants.

Emiliana‘s place in Atrani was absolutely beautiful. The moment we walked in, we felt right at home with the beautiful views of Atrani and the Amalfi Coast. It was a dream come true. Emiliana was responsive, kind, and everything you can ask in a host. The space was spotless, beautiful lighting coming in and we had everything that we needed for a beautiful time on the coast. Anyone would be lucky to stay in such a beautiful home. Thank you Emiliana for being a wonderful host!

Just had a lovely week in Martina's apartment. Property was spotless and excellently equipped (please ignore the previous comment about light shining in on the bed, there are excellent blackout shutters, all easily accessible when you open the windows). Nice and easy self check in with the key in a key safe by the courtyard entrance. Ideal location to explore Sorrento, situated just off the main street with plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Extremely cozy place, very nice and roomy for a family of 4, the games and snacks were a big hit for the kids! Easy walking distance to the shops and marina. Very nice and we will stay again when we visit in the future. Markets and restaurants easy walking distance. Thanks again for being great hosts and the snacks / water and juice!

Valerio’s place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was the little extras like the snacks and even a bottle of wine, not to mention recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Overall, it was a great stay.

An amazing apartment in a great position in Pompeii! It was perfect for 4 adults, very clean and comfortable. Nicola was available at all times for any enquiry- had great restaurant recommendations and even as a driver, we were able to hire him for a trip to Herculaneum where he waited and took us to the train station in Napoli. He made our trip extremely fussy free. Would highly recommended.

Great homely apartment as base for our week in Anacapri. Great kitchen for self catering and washing machine (though do need to be agile to reach upstairs to laundry) Quiet location on foot lane less than 100 m from main Anacapri shopping precinct (incl supermarket) taxis, buses to all Capri sights, walks. Bianca a great helpful responsive host. Great view from dining room up Monte Solaro

Maria and Giovanni are genuinely kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful individuals who clearly love their city and love sharing it with others. Their efforts made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. Fruits, some snacks and a nice limonchello bottle was waiting for us when we arrived. Giovanni helped us book a tour and even chaperoned us early morning till the pick up stop. We cannot recommend staying with Maria and Giovanni highly enough. We are already dreaming of our next visit and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thank you, Maria and Giovanni, for everything – you truly made our vacation unforgettable! PS. Getting a smaller car is highly recommended as the road to their place is super narrow. They initially advised us the same but we thought they were up-selling :P which was clearly not the case.

Luigi and Silvia are very kind and they provide a clean well appointed apartment only minutes away from so many restaurants, shopping, and the Metro line. Definitely worth the money and I would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

I simply cannot imagine a better spot and host for our visit to the Amalfi Coast! The property is fabulous; located between Amalfi and Positano (and 1 mile from Praiano). We walked two nights for dinner at Ristorante La Locanda del fiordo(.25 mi) and also had coffee there a couple of mornings. Denise is the most helpful host in the history of Airbnb! She helped us in so many ways to make our trip special and easy. If you need anything, just ask and she always responds! Without her as our host, there is no way our trip would have been as special. Tucked into the hillside above the charming town of Nerano in Massa Lubrense, this beautiful home was an absolute dream. The sweeping views of the bay and surrounding hills were breathtaking—especially from the spacious terrace, where we spent peaceful mornings soaking in the sun. The house itself is wonderfully appointed, with large, comfortable bedrooms and spotless, modern bathrooms. Everything was sparkling clean and thoughtfully maintained. Silvia and Francesco were truly delightful hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They even helped us arrange a fantastic last-minute tour of Amalfi and Positano, which became one of the highlights of our trip. This place felt like a hidden gem, and I’m already dreaming about my return. Highly recommended!

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Great location - short 10 min walk to train station and we min down to the port town. The views are incredible…way better than the photos. The custodian manager was super helpful. We had breakfast and dinners right on the terrace. We just bought food from a local restaurant several times - better view than most restaurants! Thank you to the host for a wonderful place!

This villa was so much more than we could have expected. It is spacious, clean and airy. The large terrace outside has a gorgeous pool, recliners and great views in all directions, including the sun setting over Vesuvius. Its location on the top of a hill gives it perfect privacy. Sonia's nephew, Riccardo, met us in Cava de' Tirreni and guided us to the villa, which is a short drive (or taxi) from the town but not easy to find. Riccardo showed us around the villa before he left. Our hosts were very prompt in responding to requests and queries during the week, with recommendations for places to eat and a local taxi. The nearby small village is a reasonable walk down and has a shop, butcher and bar. The walk back up is inevitably more taxing. One last thing, the fireflies on the bank at the north side of the villa were mesmerising. It became a daily routine to watch them after enjoying the amazing sunset from the terrace. Huge thanks to our hosts for a fantastic stay.

WOW. Positano is more beautiful with every step you take. This residence was stunning in every way. The views from the back yard could not be matched and it was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It's about a ten minute climb/freefall to the beach and a trek to get back if you're looking to get your steps in. We came with our older college age daughters and they had no trouble taking the bus back from the beach on their own. The apartment is 150 meters in the sky and it's just pristine. The host is very friendly and had lots of tips and suggestions about things to do and where to eat. If there was one thing that threw the family for a curve ball was the "bedroom" situation. There really aren't any. The master is in front of 2 french doors that open to the back patio and there are large curtains to separate the space from the living room. The other "bedroom" did not allow for much privacy. Still a great place.
