A fully renovated old house, it still retains some of the original stone walls that remained standing after the Civil War. It is a very cozy house, fully equipped and located on a very quiet street in the village. The Torre de l'Espanyol is located at the foot of La Serra del Tormo and near the Ebro River. From the village you can visit places such as the Serra del Montsant, Llaberia, Castell de Miravet, the Sebes Nature Reserve, Ca Don Joan, sections of the GR99 and much more.

The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

The Era of Cal Peró is a two-storey house that sleeps two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and the bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. You can put a fold in case you go with a child. Two large windows allow access to a large terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the entire valley.
