Nice 27 m2 two-room apartment less than 5 min from the Toulouse metro by car. Near supermarket, bus stop at the foot of the residence, Calicéo, clinic, ring road 2 min away. There is also a wood and a lake with a sports course 2 km away for relaxing moments. Fully equipped apartment: dishes and cookware, household products, bedding and bath essentials. Smart TV with Netflix, Canal+, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. Self check-in: Check-in instructions will be sent on D-Day

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)
