I had a wonderful stay at Cândido and Gonçalo’s place! The location is super quiet and peaceful, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and countryside. The house itself is a charming, typical schist house. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My favorite spot was definitely the big terrace. Perfect for relaxing on the hammock, taking in the mountain views, and listening to the birds. Cândido and Gonçalo were amazing hosts. They very attentive and great at communicating. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from city life, this is the place!

We absolutely loved our holiday here! It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed on with Airbnb. The views are incredible and the garden is the perfect place to decompress and relax. João was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions about the house or local recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore a different side of Portugal outside of the city ❤️

A Lianne é o Ricardo mostraram-se sempre disponíveis e preocupados para qualquer dúvida que eu tivéssemos, os dias que passámos lá foram muito agradáveis. O Ricardo apresentou nos todas as éguas que tinha na quinta e até nos deixou montar numa delas, a Boneca. Obrigada aos dois por nos fazerem sentir em casa.

we had a very comfortable stay casa sol , the appartment is very well equipped and modern Carla has thought of everything it is a home from home . Carla was very helpful with my queries at all times, i would have no problem recomending this appartment for your stay in castelo branco.

La casa de Filipa nos pareció muy acogedora, tiene una buhardilla super bonita y una terraza espectacular con unas vistas impresionantes, es muy luminosa y por las mañanas y las noches resfresca bastante, la zona tiene un clima muy bueno. El residencial es super tranquilo y tiene piscina,ademas a 10 minutos hay una playa fluvial con todo tipo de servicios, un bar, wc, kayak y una piscina en el río!!! Uno de los dias fuimos de excursion al convento do cristo de Tomar, una visita que merece mucho la pena, en definitiva, unas vacaciones fantásticas.

Très beau logement, bien équipé. Bel environnement en pleine nature. Attention, des logements de vacances sont en construction aux alentours, occasionnant quelques nuisance sonores mais ça ne devrait pas durer. Hôte pas très réactif dans les échanges mais répond toujours aux messages au final. Je recommande.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Views and location were breathtaking. Eric’s Airbnb was extremely clean & had everything you could need. Eric was an amazing host who went above & beyond for us. Very proactive & helped out with any request we had, even when we needed to find a vet for my dog he was very responsive. The pool was incredible, hiking down to the lake & kayaking will be my favourite parts of our holiday. Already planned a trip for next year!!!

We stayed at Liedewij's & Joey's place on the last few days of the year, and it was absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly nice, made us feel at home, and even invited us to their new year celebration. The place is embedded in nature, perfect to regenerate for a few days. Wir haben unsere kurze Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt direkt am See und man ist weit weg von der Welt. Es gibt noch 2 weitere kleine Wohnungen und 2 Glamping Zelte aber es ist es einfach still und man erholt sich toll. Das Haus ist neu, alle ist sauber und funktioniert, große Fenster für eine gute Aussicht, das kleine Kinderzimmer super praktisch, das Bett mit harter Matratze, die Küche hatte Alles was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (da Solarstrom) aber die haben wir selbst im August nicht gebraucht. Der See vor der Tür ist leider nicht klar, das Ufer Sand/Schlick und mit Wurzeln, aber war ruhig und angenehm warm sodass wir viele Stunden vom Tag im Wasser verbracht haben. Die kostenlosen Kanus, Kajaks und SUPs waren toll für die Kinder und zwei Ausflüge. Am schönsten waren die Morgen: Mit einem frischen Kaffee auf der Terrasse sitzen, den stillen See und einen einsamen Angler beobachten und einfach der Natur zuhören. Wir planen wieder zu kommen!

This beautiful gite was just what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet village surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning views.Everything was provided and extra touches made it so homely .Our hosts were so attentive but never intrusive. They respected our privacy at all times but we knew that if any questions we had they were always available. The house was delightful and so well equipped. It was so homely too and pristine.The gardens were eavall lovelv and the use of a pool was an added bonus.The peace and tranquility and an escape from reality perfect.There are lovely walks around but bare in mind it's very steep in places.A car is essential and there are alot of beautiful areas to visit if you want to see rural Portugal away from the tourist spots.From start to finish Sylvie was the perfect host in all aspects.We arrived as strangers and left as friends.We will definitely be back

Ficámos duas noites neste verdadeiro refúgio nas Secarias, em Arganil, e só temos elogios a fazer! A casa está impecável: moderna, com decoração cuidada e tudo novo, o que nos transmite conforto calma e serenidade. O ponto alto é, sem dúvida, o acesso direto e privado ao Rio Alva. Ter o rio mesmo ali junto à casa, com toda a vida que ele traz, é uma experiência única e profundamente relaxante. Este sitio é ideal para quem procura paz, natureza e um contacto genuíno com o ambiente envolvente. O Luís é um excelente anfitrião. Foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso connosco. Vamos certamente querer voltar! É uma experiência a repetir!

Espaço muito tranquilo, silencioso e agradável. Casa pequena mas muito simpática. Cama de casal tem um colchão magnífico. O acesso à casa é feito por uma estrada de terra acessível mas um pouco longa.
