We spent several days with my partner and the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of booking, they contact you to arrange the delivery of the keys. Alberto and his family are very kind and attentive. They are aware of all the details so that you can have an excellent vacation. Regarding the accommodation, it has everything they offer and more. The place is spacious, bright and they deliver it to you impeccable. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. The room has a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. An important detail is the terrace that left us open-mouthed!! It is much larger than it looks in the photos, it has a covered area with a large table where we ate almost every day and an uncovered area to take advantage of day and night. You can park on the street without any problems and it is a nice area for walking. Good connections to visit different beaches. We'll be back!!

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Marco’s accommodation is amazing! It is located steps from the beach and plenty of local bars. You are also a short bus ride away from Cagliari city center. This is the perfect place to stay in Sardinia.

Our stay in Giovanni's apartment was a dream. He welcomed us very kindly, explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips about the region. A very dedicated host. In the apartment you will find everything you need and everything works perfectly from shower to air conditioning. The location is also great, just a few meters from the supermarket, beach and restaurant. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt at home. On our next holiday in Sardinia, we will book here again and recommend the apartment 100%.

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The house was good for us as a family of 5 (had an air mattress for child #3. Good size, very well maintained and a very nice and helpful landlord. The beach is about 7-8 minutes on foot. Very quiet location. Thank you for the great accommodation!

Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Great base for exploring Cagliari. Valentina was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean and really well located for local bars and restaurants etc. Would recommend.

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

We needed an overnight stay in Cagliari at short notice and came to Piermario. A very nice place with a very friendly landlord. If there were six stars, he would have deserved it.
