2 ½ room apartment in a house built in the 18th century and classified as worthy of protection by the Grisons Monument Preservation. The apartment is furnished with some nice antiques. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very central, also easily accessible by public transport. Many ski resorts and hiking trails are nearby. Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland, is 15 minutes away. The village shop is always open until 9 pm except on Sundays.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
