Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Our 3 room apartment in the apartment Haus Belmont convinces on 80m2 with awesome cut and equipment. The great kitchen with your attached living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Every bedroom has a large double bed and daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with generous rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends all the width of the apartment.

Arrive, switch off, recharge - the extraordinary apartment on the sunny slope of Arosa is super cozy and has the ideal location for this. The friendly rooms with lots of wood and noble materials make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view of the mountains and nature. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, can be reached in a few minutes.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
