Our 3 room apartment in the apartment Haus Belmont convinces on 80m2 with awesome cut and equipment. The great kitchen with your attached living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Every bedroom has a large double bed and daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with generous rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends all the width of the apartment.

The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
