Krisztina and Lucio are two wonderful hosts, very kind and available from the first phone communications, flexible in schedules, they were able to recommend restaurants and places to visit. We were 4 friends for a weekend and we felt really pampered! The small village where the farmhouse is located is a postcard spot, just 15 minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno and other typical villages. The apartment has every detail, comfortable, elegant and traditional.

Impeccable and accurate. The apartment is NEW and is also very nice. The kitchen is equipped with everything ,in the bathroom there were towels and even disposable vials and paper , basically as in a hotel . Floor HEATING that regulates the optimal temperature, spare blankets... Great internet connection, a small office and a nice TV... in short, everything... everything , just a few steps from the apartment there is a grocery store, the pharmacy, the distributor and a bar, more than a review I have to congratulate ! Thank you Gabriele and Marta, our stay was quiet and relaxing... the place was nice and great for what we had to do... I hope to return soon... I highly recommend it to everyone

Welcome home!! From the beginning, we felt so incredibly comfortable! Daniele welcomed us warmly, there was olive oil and wine as a welcome gift!! The location is an absolute dream. Far from mass tourism, this pearl is nestled between vineyards and olive groves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, the icing on the cake was the pool in the hot temperatures! La Bulletta is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Umbria. An absolute plus is the water pressure;) I have thick long hair and it has never been so beautiful and easy to wash, better than at home!!! Thanks to Daniele, his sister and the incredibly adorable parents for 7 days of absolute rest and relaxation away from everyday life. We'll be back, for sure
