Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

The apartment is located 30 m from the sea, between the pine forest and the historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia. In front of the house there is both a free beach area and equipped beach establishments. The accommodation, sea view and newly renovated, has a large covered terrace, ideal for pleasant outdoor dinners. The house consists of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a large shower.

Relax in this quiet space in a central location. The studio is on the second floor accessible with outdoor stairs overlooking the upper village. After parking your car in the private courtyard in the inner courtyard, you can fully enjoy our small jewel village on foot. The studio has a terrace and a private bathroom, but the entrance hallway is shared with two other apartments as well as the washing machine.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
